Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cucumber.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the lime dressing over the mixed fruits and vegetables.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss everything together until fully coated and mixed.
Let the salad sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lime juice to your preference.
