coconut milk

honey or agave syrup (optional)

ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)
Instructions
In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple chunks, and mango chunks.
Add the coconut milk and orange juice into the blender.
Sprinkle in the chia seeds and the optional honey or agave syrup for added sweetness.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy, approximately 30-60 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, blending again to mix.
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with fresh mango or pineapple chunks and a slice of orange for presentation.
