Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the flatbread.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly on top of the flatbread.
Scatter the mozzarella pieces over the tomatoes, ensuring even coverage.
Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves over the top, reserving a few for garnish if desired.
If using, sprinkle the fresh oregano over the flatbread for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness.
Let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice into pieces, and serve warm. Top with reserved basil leaves for garnish.
