Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, beaten egg, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended but avoid over-mixing to keep the meatballs tender.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For an extra touch, brush the meatballs with additional sweet chili sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking for added flavor and shine.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a platter drizzled with extra sweet chili sauce and garnished with sesame seeds and parsley.
