Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream, blending until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Add the crushed graham crackers to the mixture, folding them in to provide crunch and a cheesecake flavor.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
Garnish with additional diced strawberries and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
