In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, careful not to burn it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese into the cream mixture.
Add the sautéed garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like a little heat, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.
Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetable sticks. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes.
