fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

balsamic glaze

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the basil pesto until well coated.
Spread the remaining pesto evenly over the flatbreads.
Distribute the pesto chicken over the flatbreads, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove the flatbreads from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Cut into slices and serve warm.
