Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are evenly coated.
Spread the marinated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted florets.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, thyme leaves, and lemon zest for added brightness.
Serve warm as a delightful side dish or a nutritious snack!
