Ingredients
12
oz
white chocolate chips
1
cup
dried cranberries
1
large
orange zest
1/2
cup
slivered almonds
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, making sure to leave an overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted and smooth.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract and half of the orange zest (reserve the rest for garnish).
Once the mixture is well combined, add dried cranberries and slivered almonds, stirring until they are fully coated in the white chocolate.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out with a spatula to create an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the remaining orange zest and sea salt over the top for added flavor.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is completely set.
Once set, lift the parchment paper from the baking sheet and break the bark into irregular pieces.
Notes
Arrange on a decorative platter and garnish with extra dried cranberries and orange slices.
