Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken breasts with the marinade evenly on both sides.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the meat is no longer pink. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for a few minutes.
While the chicken rests, prepare the mango avocado salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and honey (if using). Gently toss to mix all ingredients together; be careful not to mash the avocado.
