vegetable oil

broccoli florets

red bell pepper, sliced

carrot, julienned

snap peas

green onions, chopped

garlic, minced

soy sauce

tablespoon
sesame oil

hoisin sauce
to taste

Instructions
Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Incorporate the cooked lo mein noodles into the pan with the vegetables.
Drizzle soy sauce, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce over the noodles and vegetables, tossing everything together to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
