1tablespooncoconut oil (optional, for smoothing chocolate)
to tastenoneSea salt for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Begin by laying out the pretzel rods on a sheet of parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.
Once the chocolate is melted, dip each pretzel rod into the chocolate, making sure to coat about 2/3 of the pretzel. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Immediately roll the chocolate-covered pretzel in the crushed freeze-dried raspberries, ensuring an even coating.
Place the coated pretzels back onto the parchment paper, and sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.
Repeat the process for all pretzel rods. Once completed, place the pretzels in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
After the chocolate has set, serve the pretzels on a decorative plate or in a jar for a beautiful presentation.
Notes
Coconut oil is optional but helps to smooth the chocolate.
