0.5
cup
unsalted butter, melted
1

cup
milk
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and let it sit for a few minutes to infuse the garlic flavor.
Pour the garlic butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring gently until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
Using a large spoon or cookie scoop, drop generous portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
Notes
Serve the biscuits warm in a basket lined with a clean cloth to keep them warm and inviting.
