Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract and sour cream, and beat until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Stir in the ground cinnamon and chopped apples, mixing until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Gently fold in half of the caramel sauce, reserving the rest for drizzling later.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans, if using.
Serve immediately with sliced apples and graham crackers for dipping. You can also refrigerate it for an hour to enhance the flavors if desired.
