Instructions
Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts, adding salt and pepper to taste.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Once rested, slice the chicken into strips.
Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, cherry tomato halves, and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously.
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the layered ingredients, adjusting the amount to your taste preferences.
Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up to secure the contents.
Slice the wraps in half for easy eating, and arrange them on a serving platter. Optional: Garnish with fresh herb sprigs for an added pop of color.
