In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot, making sure to leave it slightly ajar to let steam escape. Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down to about 2 seconds between pops. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, smoked paprika, ranch seasoning mix, and salt.
In another small bowl, mix the melted butter and buffalo sauce until well combined.
Once the popcorn is done popping, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the buffalo sauce mixture over the popcorn and sprinkle the seasoning mix. Gently toss everything together until the popcorn is evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned popcorn to a serving bowl or individual cups. If desired, garnish with chopped green onions for an extra touch of color and flavor.
