cooked chicken, shredded

buffalo sauce

Greek yogurt

chopped celery

crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
Add Greek yogurt, chopped celery, green onions, salt, and pepper to the chicken mixture. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
Carefully scoop a little bit of flesh from the center of each avocado half to create more space for the filling.
Generously spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each avocado half, pressing it down gently to pack it in.
If using, sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top of the stuffed avocados for extra flavor.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and additional green onions if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant flavors!
