Ingredients
1
cup
rolled oats
1
cup
milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt
1/4
cup
cream cheese, softened
2
tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
cup
fresh blueberries (plus extra for topping)
2
tablespoons
crushed graham crackers (for the cheesecake effect)
a pinch
salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully submerged.
In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the oat mixture, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the oats.
Divide the mixture into two jars or containers. Top each with crushed graham crackers and a few extra blueberries for garnish.
Seal the jars or containers and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and flavors.
Before serving, give the oats a good stir and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Notes
Serve the overnight oats in clear glass jars to showcase the layers. Garnish with a sprig of mint and additional blueberries for a fresh touch.
