Instructions
In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
If the mousse is too thick, add a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.
Once smooth, transfer the mousse into serving bowls or ramekins.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to thicken.
Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves for an extra pop of flavor and color.
