In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure they are not overlapping.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tenders are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
Carefully remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
